A federal judge dismissed journalist Michael Wolff’s lawsuit against Melania Trump on Thursday, clearing the path for her threatened one billion dollar defamation claim against him.
Manhattan Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil blasted Wolff’s legal action as an inappropriate tactical move, refusing to oversee what she termed an abusively presented personal dispute.
Wolff originally sued to block Trump from suing him over controversial statements he made linking the former first lady to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
