Private security personnel and Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies intercepted an unauthorized female intruder outside the coastal Malibu residence of former Vice President Kamala Harris late Friday night, successfully defusing a potentially dangerous security breach at the gated property.
Neither Harris nor her husband, former Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, was physically present on the property when the confrontation unfolded around 10:30 p.m. at their upscale Point Dume enclave home, ensuring everyone remained safe during the incident.
Private protection agents successfully halted the unidentified woman along the exterior grounds before she could ever reach the primary dwelling, effectively preventing any direct access to the main residential estate and protecting the premises.
