President Donald Trump warned Sunday that the United States will obliterate Iran’s energy infrastructure unless a swift peace agreement is successfully finalized. Writing on social media, the president emphasized that serious diplomatic discussions are currently underway with a new and more reasonable administration in Tehran.

Trump stated that significant progress has been achieved in recent talks aimed at ending ongoing military operations. However, he attached strict conditions regarding vital shipping lanes, demanding that the crucial Strait of Hormuz remain fully open for international business without any further regional disruptions.

Should negotiations collapse, Trump threatened to completely destroy critical Iranian facilities, including electrical generating plants, oil wells, Kharg Island installations, and regional desalination plants. He stressed that these vital economic sites have intentionally been spared from attacks up to this point in the military campaign.
